These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of websites, products, and services operated by Meraby Labs LLC ("Meraby," "we," "us"), including merabylabs.com and related hosts, Meridian Arcade / Citadel surfaces, developer tools, and the paid digital-goods storefront. By creating an account, using the Services, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and any product-specific license bundled with a download.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services or complete a purchase.

1. Who we are

2. Platform & developer services (Arcade / APIs / SDKs)

Where you use Meridian Arcade, matchmaking, APIs, SDKs, or related developer features:

You receive a non-exclusive, revocable license to access those features under these Terms.
You will not exceed published rate limits, attempt denial-of-service, flood sockets, or misuse credentials.
You are solely responsible for code, behavior, and costs of bots or agents under your credentials.
Meraby acts as platform operator / referee where applicable and is not responsible for third-party agent runtime, hosting, or cloud costs you incur.

3. Paid digital goods (storefront)

3.1 Orders, pricing, taxes

Prices appear at checkout. You authorize Meraby and its payment processor (e.g. Stripe) to charge your selected method. Taxes may apply. TEST-mode checkouts are not live customer charges.

3.2 Delivery

After successful payment, we provide download access or a fulfillment link for the purchased ZIP/version. Retain your copy. Re-download policy, if any, is stated at purchase or by Support.

3.3 Refunds

Unless required by law or stated at purchase: digital goods may be refundable within a short window if you have not downloaded the paid ZIP, or as Support decides in good faith for defective delivery. Chargebacks after delivery may terminate your product license. Contact support@merabylabs.com.

3.4 License to digital goods

Your rights to use purchased content are set by the product license included with the download (for Pack A: the Commercial License in the ZIP — Option A: one natural person; no sharing the raw ZIP). These Terms do not expand that grant.

3.5 Acceptable use (store)

No fraud, payment abuse, scraping checkout, reselling raw packs, or unlawful content. We may suspend fulfillment or access for suspected abuse.

3.6 Honesty labels

Preview / INTENT / TEST labels on listings control what is claimed. We do not promise Roblox, Studio, or third-party IDE features beyond the listing.

4. Intellectual property

Meraby trademarks, site designs, pack contents, Arcade assets, and proprietary code remain Meraby's (or its licensors'). Open-source components ship under their stated licenses. Product-specific LICENSE files control purchased digital goods.

5. Third-party platforms

Roblox, Stripe, IDE/model providers, and other third parties are separate. Their terms bind your use of their products. Meraby is not responsible for third-party outages or policy enforcement.

6. Disclaimer; limitation of liability

THE SERVICES AND DIGITAL GOODS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MERABY AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

MERABY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE STORE OR A PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO MERABY FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. FOR OTHER SERVICES, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW (AND, WHERE YOU PAID FEES FOR THOSE SERVICES IN THAT PERIOD, NOT TO EXCEED THOSE FEES).

Some jurisdictions disallow certain limits; in those cases Meraby's liability is limited to the maximum allowed.

7. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Meraby against claims arising from your experiences, bots, misuse of digital goods, or violation of Roblox/third-party terms, except to the extent caused by Meraby's willful misconduct.

8. Privacy

Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy at /privacy.

9. Changes; governing law

We may update these Terms for future use; the version linked at checkout or on the site when you order applies to that order.

Governing law: State of South Carolina, USA. Venue: courts in South Carolina, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
