Meraby Labs LLC
Meraby Labs LLC ("Meraby," "we," "us") describes here how we collect, use, and protect information when you use merabylabs.com and related hosts, Meridian Arcade / Citadel surfaces, developer tools, and the paid digital-goods storefront (the "Services").
1. What we collect

Pack A and similar skill packs are static ZIP downloads. Meraby does not host model inference for Pack A; creator BYO-key traffic goes to your IDE/provider, not Meraby by default.
2. How we use information
Provide and secure the Services; fulfill digital-goods orders; send transactional email; detect fraud/abuse; comply with law; improve the storefront when analytics are on.
3. Sharing
We share data with processors who help run the Services (e.g. Stripe for payments, hosting such as Google Cloud / Firebase, email providers). We do not sell personal data.
4. Retention
Order and account records are kept as needed for tax, accounting, and support. Support tickets are retained for a stated operational period, then deleted or anonymized where practical.
5. Your rights
Depending on your location (including GDPR/CCPA where applicable), you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal account data. Email privacy@merabylabs.com.
6. Children
Services are not directed at children under 13 (or higher age required in your region). Do not purchase if you cannot form a binding contract.
7. International
Meraby is a U.S. (South Carolina) company. If you access Services from elsewhere, you understand information may be processed in the United States.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy; the date above will change. Material store-related changes will be reflected before or with live paid checkout.
